Trip to india

what a way to recharge your batteries!!! This trip to India was my best one for several reasons. 47 days with my family was satisfying compared to the other trips I have had. And the best part is that I did not overbook myself to make short trips to other parts of India. I did enjoy Rajus' wedding and caught up with old friends like Veena, Kunal, Vinay and Raju himself. Since Sumera had never seen Bombay, I showed her around and we had a lot of fun together. Went to Hyderabad and had a great time with her family. Saw Charminar and Lad Bazaar during this visit. Lad bazaar is one of the oldest shopping centers in the city filled with bangle shops. I was amazed at the zillions of people lingering in those streets. It is as crowded as a local train in Bombay. Came back and went to Goa with my mom, wife, didi, jiju and mishtu. A week filled with visits to beach-side restaurants, touring Old Goa and relaxing on the beach. Our hotel was right opposite Miramar beach and I really liked the location. Quality time spent with my family. Did para-sailing for the first time and all I can say is that it was FUNNNN. Much better than a jet ski.
I also caught up with my school friends at a re-union of our 1995 MMHS batch. Went through old times remembering funny incidents. All are doing good in the their respective fields. Branch managers, securities analysts, project managers, sales managers, child psychiatrists, software engineers (BUT OFCOURSE) and there are some who own companies.
